1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

References to "these Terms" mean these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any schedules, policies, or rules incorporated by reference. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the gtg999 platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. gtg999 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will close any account found to belong to a person under 18, forfeiting any balance held therein. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the gtg999 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances. If you discover you hold more than one account, you must contact support immediately to resolve the matter.

Accurate Registration Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date and must notify support of any changes promptly.

Jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the gtg999 platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction. gtg999 does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where it has explicitly geo-restricted access.

Verification Process. gtg999 may, at its sole discretion, require identity and address verification (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses, or at any other point. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions. Withdrawal Restrictions. gtg999 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• Active wagering requirements are attached to bonus funds that form part of the withdrawal amount.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits as published on the platform.

No Third-Party Payments. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned. Any winnings derived from third-party deposits may be voided.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions when accepted. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.

Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.

Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not utilised within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account without notice. gtg999 is not obligated to provide advance warning of bonus expiry.

Abuse of Promotions. gtg999 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Actions considered abusive include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Suspected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the gtg999 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by gtg999 at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. gtg999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason.

Odds and Markets. The odds displayed on the gtg999 platform are indicative and subject to change until a bet is confirmed. gtg999 may, in cases of manifest error (including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or human error), void affected bets at any time, including after settlement. In such cases, stakes will be returned to players' accounts.

Cricket Betting. Specific rules apply to cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. If a match is abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published on the platform.

Live Betting. Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to network conditions and platform availability. Bets submitted during a delay in the live data feed may be voided if the delay materially affects the fairness of the accepted odds. gtg999 is not liable for bets placed based on publicly available information that differs from our live data feed.

Casino and Slots. 7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

Strictly Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gtg999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other competitive format.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games without genuine human input.
• Arbitrage exploitation: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, bonus structures, or promotional mechanics in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Identity misrepresentation: Registering under a false name, providing forged documents, or impersonating another person.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's technical systems in any way.
• Chip dumping: Intentionally losing funds to another player in a coordinated manner to facilitate the transfer of funds outside the normal withdrawal process.

Fraud Detection. gtg999 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify suspicious activity. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily restricted pending investigation. gtg999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving financial crime.

Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider while retaining gambling winnings derived from the disputed deposit constitutes fraud. gtg999 will pursue recovery of such amounts through all available legal mechanisms and will permanently close the associated account.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by gtg999. gtg999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, dormancy (no login activity for 12 consecutive months), or at the request of a regulatory authority.

Closure by the Player. You may close your gtg999 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon requesting closure, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Account closure does not discharge any outstanding obligations you have to gtg999, including unresolved payment disputes.

Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Dormant Accounts. If the account balance reaches ৳0, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability. gtg999 endeavours to provide uninterrupted access to the platform at all times but does not guarantee continuous, error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. gtg999 shall not be liable for losses or missed opportunities resulting from platform downtime.

Accuracy of Information. While gtg999 takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, game information, balance displays, and promotional details, errors may occur. In the event of a material error that materially affects a transaction, gtg999 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected balances accordingly. gtg999 is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on erroneous information.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gtg999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

Maximum Liability. Where gtg999 is found liable to you for any reason under these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of gtg999 to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. gtg999 does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses incurred on the platform. By using the platform, you confirm that you are playing with funds you can afford to lose.

10. Amendments to These Terms

Right to Amend. gtg999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date they are published on the platform. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, gtg999 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users via email or a platform notification before the change takes effect.

Continued Use. Your continued use of the gtg999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 8 above.

Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and gtg999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
